What are your payment options?

We accept Credit Cards and Paypal payments online.

I have not received a confirmation email after placing my order

Please allow a few minutes to receive your confirmation emails after placing your order. You should recieve one email from either Paypal or Worldpay and one sales receipt email from Missrebel.co.uk. Please also check your Spam or Junk folders. If you do not receive your emails please email Customer Services providing your signup customer name and email address.

Can I modify my order after I have placed it?

If you need to make any amendments, please contact customer care for assistance. We are not able to make any amendments once the order has been dispatched.

How much is delivery and where do you deliver to?

We deliver worldwide. Our delivery charges are:

  • UK Standard 2 - 4 Working Days - £3.50. FREE for orders over £35
  • Worldwide from - £9.99

Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?

Yes. This can be a work address or another residential address. If you are selecting a work address please ensure you always put the name of the Company or Organisation in the address field, as well as the contact name to ensure it is successfully delivered.

Can I have a next day delivery?

We are currently not offering next day delivery.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase Missrebel are happy to refund products returned within 21 days of delivery. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.Your refund will be credited to the original payment card or to your Paypal account if you have paid by Paypal.
